Most products sold by Arabia Gadgets come with a warranty provided by the brand or supplier. The warranty period depends on the product and will be mentioned on the product page or on the purchase invoice. Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
Warranty service is provided only for manufacturing or functional defects that occur under normal usage. If a product stops working due to an internal fault or technical issue not caused by the user, it may be eligible for warranty support.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty will not apply in the following cases:
- Physical damage such as cracks, breaks, burns, or dents
- Water or moisture damage
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products repaired or opened by unauthorized technicians
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Accessories such as cables, adapters, or batteries unless clearly stated
How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service, the customer must contact Arabia Gadgets with the order number and product details. The product must be submitted for inspection along with the original invoice. After inspection, our team will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Inspection usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the product and brand.
Repair or Replacement Policy
If a product is found to have a valid warranty issue, it will be repaired or replaced based on availability and brand policy. In some cases, replacement may not be possible, and an alternative solution will be provided.
Warranty Cancellation
Warranty will be considered void if the product’s serial number or warranty seal is damaged, removed, or altered, or if the product has been repaired by an unauthorized service center.
Service Responsibility
Some products require service directly from authorized brand service centers. In such cases, Arabia Gadgets will guide the customer on where and how to receive service.
